but!
customer brought one in that is slow,
did the usual, scans, removed a few viruses,
shut down things in msconfig, ran spybot, etc.
but when i connected to inter net and brought up IE, it keeps changing my home page to a porn site.
i have a winnet file, running in msconfig, that i cant keep turned off.
i also delete it in reg edit in windows run, but it pops back in about 10 seconds.
i been reading at sites on the net, but have tried what i read with no help.
any tips appreciated,
i hate to erase and start over.
