The X83 is no longer supported by Lexmark - at least I didn't find any help on their website for it.
The scanner works properly under XPSP2 with the software that came with it. The problem is that I want better OCR.
The Textbridge Millennium 8 is no longer supported by ScanSoft.
As I said, the OCR with TB seems to be better, but the scanner doesn't quit after scanning the one page on the flatbed.
