I emailed Peter off-list from another address. I keep forgetting he's not on APNIC, since he's in Canada! So what I said below still holds true for APNIC, except not for Peter. :-) Canada also has some really bad ISP's that condone abuse and scams, so that's why I had to block some of them.
I'd have to check all through mine and put the IP's in a whois lookup to find which are which. If you're asking because YOU want to block them, then I can get that info for you. I do know that with USA based and Canadian IP's, it was more specific IP's like 123.456.789.
