I've found FF to be LOADS slower than IE, that's another reason why I'm not using it yet. But in my case, it took about 30 seconds to start! It would lock up the entire PC where you couldn't do anything, until it finally loaded. However on my PC's, it shut down immediately! It was only on loading that took so long. I'm not familiar with what you mean by clicking the upper LEFT icon. Since so many people are having so many DIFFERENT issues with it, is another reason it's not ready. -Clint
