I'm not sitting in front of my Outlook 2000 machine right now (this one has Outlook 2003) but I believe it is abou the same. Go to TOOLS>OPTIONS>OTHER Click on the Advanced Options button and select the folder you want see at start up. If not 100% the same, it SHOULD be close enough to get you there.
