Like Clint said ... read about it.  Google has a bunch of links about it.
If it's not causing any problems leave it alone.  Apparently for some
systems there were problems associated with this update.

Just do a search on it.  :-)  It's an M$ update.  Read about it 
and see if it's supposed to be on the startup list.  I've never 
seen an update that I installed that was.
