was given an HP pavilion 4430 Laptop that was deemed unrepairable by a local electronics store. While removing the hard drive I discovered that the ribbon cable connected to the touch pad had dropped out of place and into the path of the hard drive. I also dropped a screw into the works of the laptop. I now need to open the laptop to find the screw and tuck the ribbon cable back in place. ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
