I have a customers custom amd pc that has had three hard drives fail in a
two week period. I scan for virus and spy ware and find none. I have
selected hard drives from two different manufactures and the problem still
persists. I suspect the power supply may be the problem but it tests fine
using a power supply tester. I suspect the son of the owner of the pc is
downloading something that may be causing this failure, or is it possible
that faulty house current could cause this problem. I have never had this
many hard drive failures on one pc in this short of time before and do not
want to keep changing the hard drives. Any suggestions would be
appreciated...rich
