I just checked my FF and Mozilla as well. Both move to the next page (clicking on Pictures as a test) and stay in their appropriate browsers. Its possible that you have an association for something in those links that is associated with IE, rather than your default browser. Look at the properties of the link you are testing and see if there is an extension and then check your file associations looking for an IE action rather than default browser.

What do you mean by "the next navigation button"?

When I open a web site from FF it opens as expected. When I click the next navigation button it opens but in IE! When I am in FF and type the URL in of each page it works as expected. I have made sure that FF is the default browser, I have reset the computer, (using XP SP2) I have not had this trouble before and if I open any other web site it works as expected. I do have a taskbar "browser" function to allow me to have a quick choice of opening up three different browsers. If you have any ideas let me know. I will delete the taskbar browsers and see if that makes a difference. Thanks
