Vern, You can move the inbox folder and any other folders created from the old hard drive, to the new, then import messages. You address book you should be able to do the same. Look on your new hard drive to see exactly where the folders are stored. Something like documents and settings\owner\your mail. Last week my daughter attempted to add RAM to her computer and it was bad RAM. It messed up WinXP so bad it wouldn't start the computer. She took the RAM back and got new. She bought a hard drive and I put the hard drive in, partitioned it and loaded WinXP. I then added the RAM. I put the old hard drive in as a slave. We are now trying to import the OE6 address book and folders from the old hard drive but are getting "access denied" . There were two identities on the old hard drive but my daughter is using an administrator account and is still refused access. Any one know how to bypass the identity restrictions. But remember we cannot start the OE6 on the old hard drive. We need to access the files from the explorer window. I.E. the browse button on the import box.
