You would need software that would support it. I just did a google search on network scrabble. There are a lot of online scrabble games. One though looks like it will run on a local network. Take a look at http://www.megagames.com/news/html/freegames/scrabble.shtml .
I assume that you can each see the other computer on the network. I don't know anything about this game so check it out good before you install it.
