Hello again, It's really been delightful working with the HP/Compaq technical team (Case # 7324027094; copy of this is going to HP). I was especially impressed when someone there (Sam) called me and asked me how I was doing with the copying problem I was having (copying to RW/CD's always resulted in "read only" files).
In addition, after filling out a "feedback survey" describing how satisfied or unsatisfied I was with their assistance on that particular problem, they sent me the following information in an email and also the URL it came from: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?docname=c00076471&dlc=en&l c=en&cc=us That's going to put new life into the CD's I have ... though with the Flash drive I purchased which holds a gig and acts just like a floppy, my cup doth runeth over "fer sure" ...
