Clint and list, no, what I'm talking about is the ability to stream them through the internet to your PC, so you don't need a dish or cable television setup, but can get the same kinds of channels.
It would be awesome, and I'll be surprized if something like this isn't out yet. I was just asking if it was, and if so, who provides it? -JA -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Support-OrpheusComputing.com Sent: Saturday, September 17, 2005 6:40 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: PCWorks: Internet television I'm not sure what your asking exactly....but if I think I know what you mean, there are things like Direct TV, Direct Dish, etc., that have satellite services that are TV (cable channels and local) and internet service. There's also plain cable TV that has internet access. That of course depends on your area. In my area, it's Cox which is digital cable TV and they also offer cable modems. -Clint God Bless Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jason Arroyo" < With all the broadband access available today, does anyone know of a cable/dish equivalent service for broadband internet, where you can subscribe to common television channels, such as Discovery, HBO, MTV, and local access?
