That is the software that lets you use the drive like a floppy disk. It loads a driver at startup. Roxio did a lousy job uninstalling itself. Try the software that Elaine mentioned in her post. That should do it.
If it doesn't you can go to the start menu/run and type in msconfig. You'll get a window that has a start up tab. You should be able to find the Roxio software listed there and just uncheck it.
