I'm afraid that your machine is sorely under staffed in memory. If you are doing any graphics work, you should have a minimum of 256 meg and preferably 512 or more in memory. You might be able to coax it a bit by using a memory cleaner that gives back any available, but not released memory. I use Free Ram XP Pro which keeps my available memory as high as possible.
