Do a google search for NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS and you will find
more about it than you ever wanted to know. Apparently, there is a
driver that is causing the problem, but there are so many situatuations,
that you will have to read through the findings to locate the one that
fits your situtuation.
