What's needed to view the pictures is an image viewer.  I think most
versions of Windows include a simple image viewer.  Otherwise one can be
downloaded and installed.  The most popular free-of-charge viewer is
IrfanView, which can be downloaded from www.irfanview.com

By autoplay do you mean show the pictures one at a time by itself?  In
most viewers this feature is called Slide Show.  Instructions for making
it work will be found under Help.  Usually it's possible to set the
interval in seconds between the pictures.
