A friend has the Canon scanner referenced in the Subject: line. She had a problem with it, and needed to download the driver from Canon. The Download file is PI381MXEN.dmg
WHAT THE HECK IS A .DMG FILE?? Naturally, Windows doesn't know what to do with it. What do *I do with it in order to get the scanner working again? TIA --- Dale E.
