Jorge, first off do you know if this system has an onboard math
processor? Some 486 models do not, if it doesn't then you are out of
luck as Linux needs it.
There is a Spanish Ubuntu named SILU
http://www.softwarelibre.ulpgc.es/silu which is developed by the
University of Las Palmas on the Canary Islands. I can't speak Spanish so
I hope the page is easy to use. There is this Spanish page for Xubuntu
(older hardware Ubuntu)
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstalandoXubuntu_ES which covers
installation.
You only need 1 cd for Ubuntu.

Hi, friends!
I would like to get answers about the following questions:
1- Can Linux works fine in 80486 PC? It has CPU=66Mhz, 64 Mb RAM
2- Which actual version of Linux (in spanish) is recommended?
3- Which URL can I use to find it?
4- How many CDs I need to burn it?
Excuse me my ignorance
Thanks a lot at advantage!
