It's "flaky".  It does the same thing with OE.  Every time I 
put XP on a HD, I have to deal with this.  Since I don't use 
Messenger, I just have to end up deleting it (the main .exe 
file).  Disabling it, and even uninstalling it doesn't always 
work!
