Hell All, I just got my Mom a new laptop with Vista on it. She's addicted to AOL and can't (won't) do anything online without it. My problem............AOL will not run on Vista. I can't even log into to it because it keeps saying "an error occurred due to low memory." The laptop has 1 GB of memory and no other programs are open. It has Norton Security Suite on it and I tried disabling that. Same error message comes up. I searched on google and in the AOL help files and forums and found several references to folks having this problem with Vista and AOL9.0VR, but nobody could offer a solution.
