Summary: Hash signs in GUI labels get replaced by dollar signs

Initial Comment:
Hash signs ("#") in the label of a GUI object are replaced by a dollar sign
("$"). That is, giving a slider a label like "silder#" will result in a label
"slider$" both in the GUI as in the saved patch file.

This is slightly different for float atoms: Here the patch file correctly saves
the hash, but still displays a dollar in the patch.
