You can find my patch for this on the patch tracker.
I still don't know why the changes don't seem to work for sendOSC
in Windows, but at least it compiles correctly now.
Ok, I checked it in. It still compiles on Mac OS X. We'll see
tomorrow whether it built on MinGW.
