In big patches sometimes if the screen doesn't fit the whole patch then the titlebar of the opened window is under the mac-top-menu and this gives you only the option to press cmd-w to close this window. You can not move it to see the sections that are out of the screen(in the bottom of the screen in most cases) 2.
