Summary: Makefile use "pd_src" for path-to-pd-without-src

Initial Comment:
several makefiles use the "pd_src" variable to point to /where/is/my/pd/ rather
than /where/is/my/pd/src.

this makes the code unreadable, as the variable name suggests that it holds the
path to the Pd-sources, esp when it comes to $(pd_src)/src and similar

please use a more general variable name for this, e.g. "PD_PATH"
(i would suggest upper-case according to
http://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/make.html#toc_Using-Variables).

done for the ext13 skeleton Makefile
