Summary: Updated pddp/print objects

Initial Comment:
Here are some updated versions of pddp/print and pddp/print_long that display
selectors correctly (or at least as correctly as vanilla [print] does). I also
added a -d flag to both objects so you can explicitly show all selectors (-d
for debug, but it could be changed to something else if there's a better arg).
Help files are also included.

I like the (pointer) display, very nice. I included that.

The thing about the "list" selector is basically impossible to handle in
Pd. It should keep the 'list', 'symbol', etc. selector just as how it
received it. I think that would only be possible with a C external.

About the -d thing, I don't like adding that kind of syntax to objects.
IMHO that functionality should be in a separate object.
