Summary: [line] ignores slew time after a stop message

Initial Comment:
If you send a [stop( message to a [line] object (no matter whether it was 
running or already stopped), if the next message it receives is a pair, it will 
ignore the second element (the slew time) and jump to the target value 
immediately.

This doesn't happen 100% of the time, there must be some more condition to it 
but I can't find the exact pattern.
