Easily resolved:
cd /home/nusmuk/pd
svn co
https://pure-data.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pure-data/trunk/packages/

make -k build most of extenals
(it's just strange for me that "package" is mandatory to compile "externals")
how could i copy them 1 folder (without installing them)?
