However, they are in pdp's directory: /usr/lib/pd-extended/extra/pdp (the examples are in /usr/lib/pd-extended/extra/pdp/examples). If I force a startup "-path" flag to /usr/lib/pd-extended/extra/pdp, then the example finds the abstractions.
