Summary: netreceive's FUDI parser for UDP broken(?)

Initial Comment:
when i send a message "a b; c d;" via netcat to a [netreceive] object (in
TCP/IP-mode), it will emit two messages "a b" and "c d"
however, when i send the same message in UDP-mode, i will only get the "a b"
message (the 2nd message "c d" is silently dropped).

furthermore, if i send a message "A B" (without the trailing semicolon) in
TCP/IP-mode, nothing will be output (until i decide to send a semicolon, at
which point the entrire message is output);
however if i send the same message (without the trailing semicolon) in
UDP-mode, the full message is output (i guess the latter is related to the
packet-nature of UDP, but still it strikes me as asymmetric)
