a calculator gives : 2ˆ30 = 1073741824. The webpage is wrong. (you can see it 
problem between 2^23 and 2^24)

a int is obviouslly from range -(2^31)-1 to (2^31)-1
this is about from -2*10^9 to 2*10^9

2ˆ30 = 2 147 483 648

:/

so I assumed int goes from -2147483648 to +2147483647 for being in a range of 
2ˆ31
