i'm sorry if this has been asked (and answered) before,
but i have not found a solution yet. (in the list archive)

are not created. is there a workaround?
vcf_hp2~ throws an "iem_cot~... couldn't create",
but only if not vcf_hp4~ (or some other iem-lib filters, i suppose)
have been created before.
