This simple patch crashes every time on ubuntu Jaunty/Pd-extended 0.41.4. The same patch works fine on my ubuntu Hardy machine, also with Pd-extended 0.41.4 It doesn't matter if I try a different video compressor. It still crashes.
Just click on the filename, then click on [start(. On the Jaunty machine, the help patch for [pdp_rec~] doesn't work either. A quick workaround fix would be greatly appreciated, if one is possible. Or am I missing something really obvious? -- John http://alumni.media.mit.edu/~harrison/
