Are you sure is this the file you downloaded? It was upgraded some months ago and I tested just now and it works with python 2.6 (py.pd_linux revision 265: 79063, apr 16 2010) I use it in all my project and I'm also using a lucid machine..... husk -- when Art become pratical we call it technology.
