It was mentioned that it might be best to do this on the forums, with an
additional notification sent to the list... perhaps in the main "contest"
forum there could be a link to your web app titled "Submit Contest Idea"
where users can submit ideas. The web app could also be in charge of then
auto-posting (randomly or otherwise) a new contest thread monthly. Any
thoughts?
