That is an artificial lower limit that saves Pd users from locking up
their Pd by accidentally running a metro with an interval of 0 (There is
no way out of a [metro] trying to send ∞ bangs in zero logical time.

It's easy enough to cook your own replacement metro based on [delay]
that allows for lower numbers, if you need it.
