afaik, nobody is in charge of the code. however, somebody is in charge for the deken package: the one who uploaded it. the deken maintainers of a given package might show interest in getting bugs fixed, so contacting them is a good start. when finding an external via deken, you will also be given the information who did the upload. in the case of freeverb~, this spits out chr15m, fjkraan and zmoelnig. fgmasr IOhannes
