(1) You can also put “MSVCR71.dll ” in the same dir as “Gem.dll”. (1) On 64bit Windows the folder “System32” holds the 64bit dlls. Hope this helps, Salutti, Lucarda Mensaje telepatico asistido por maquinas. ________________________________ From: Pd-list <pd-list-boun...@lists.iem.at> on behalf of Jonghyun Kim <agitato...@gmail.com> Sent: Monday, April 10, 2017 9:38 PM To: pd-list@lists.iem.at; Dan Wilcox; ro...@dds.nl Subject: [PD] missing MSVCR71.DLL on Win10, Gem can't load library Hi Pd folks, There is a bug that can not load Gem. This is caused by missing MSVCR71.DLL. I do not know whether this is Pd side or Win10 side. Pd-0.47-1 Gem-0.93.3 Windows 10 x64 Workaround is: 1) find the file CMD > dir msvcr71.dll /s /p 2) copy the file to the location Copy msvcr71.dll to C:\Windows\System Folder 3) Reinstall Gem and restart Pd Reference: https://www.mail-archive.com/pd-list@lists.iem.at/msg08118.html Thanks to Dan Wilcox and Rolfm.
