I've added --enable-jack to the places it needs to be, so this shouldn't be an 
issue with the next release build.

In any case, thanks for checking as 0.48.0 has had a lot of teething issues due 
to moves to newer TK, build systems, etc. Lots of details to manage but will be 
worth it in the long run.
