Dear list, is there any smart way of detecting if a [text define xxx] already exists? I'm trying to create multiple abstractions dynamically, but wanted to avoid having "multiply defined" errors. The detection would have to be sent through messages, as an output to the console won't help with the patching.
(of course, removing the "multiply defined" errors isn't a good idea) Joao
