* Linux: suppress stdout/stderr when checking the `wine` command and

* VST3: disable unneeded auxiliary busses, but still enable all main
busses (otherwise some plugins would crash)
* bridge: redirect logging output from subprocess to parent process
(useful for debugging purposes!)
