Are you sure? In my understanding, the "callback scheduler" is generally
legacy and usually you would always use the "polling scheduler". (Both
the Jack backend and the portaudio backend support both modes.)

Output device must be the same as input, I cannot change it in Pd.
Portaudio works fine but Jack is without sound.
1. make sure that you have connected Pd to your soundcard in qJackCtl
(using the `Graph` resp `Connect` button)
