seems so.
afaict, the user subscribed to the list this morning, and then posted
what they posted.
which means, that i don't think there's any systematic exploit which
would make spam more likely in the future.
in any case, if spam starts to show up more regularly, i might add some
additional measures (like putting new users on moderation for their
first post).
i'd rather avoid this, though.
