They are, please compare yours with debconf ones or those provided by Michel. The most obvious problem is the lack of short descriptions, but there are other issues. Unfortunately there are no guidelines yet, Christian Perrier is writing something for the debian-installer: http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2003/debian-boot-200311/msg00654.html it is certainly worth reading.
