Package: pdbv
Version: 2.0.3-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I have just installed pdbv and the hourly cron script fails with this
error message:

Unable to create /var/www/pdbv
Check if the parent directory exists.
Check also its mode and ownership.
touch: cannot touch `/var/www/pdbv/package/tmp.test': No such file or directory
find: /var/www/pdbv/package/tmp.test: No such file or directory

As it is running as user nobody it has no privileges to create a
directory in /var/www. This directory probably needs to be created
when the package is installed and set to the correct privileges at
that point.
