pdbv-1.2.1.tar.gz (the official source package) contains CVS directories
and some autosave files such as pdbv-1.2.1/README.~1.5.~
pdbv_1.2.1-1.tar.gz (the debian source package for version 1.2.1-1)
doesn't have the CVS and autosave stuff but instead includes config.guess
and config.sub, which makes for the larger size (and will be fixed
next time).
Also, I tagged the current HEAD with "rel_1-2-1", and I suggest that we use
the convention
rel_X-Y-Z
for tagging future versions X.Y.Z.
