Summary: advanced list not necessary up-to-date
Original Submission: (appliable to >= 1.2.2cvs)
Only the basic list is necessary updated each time a package is removed.
It can result on having "advanced list" outdated.
A solution can be doing comparison between basic list mtime and other list
mtime.
A temporary one is to avoid having to outdated list.
