I would do it as follows - but I'm sure someone will know of an easier way.

First I'd extract the pdf page that you want to link to - and rename it
In Word go to Insert - Hyperlink - Browse files (all files) and link to the renamed page.
Alternatively you could save the whole pdf file so it opens on that page, but if you're going to link to more than one page in your Word document it won't work.
