Very simple but I don't know what options to click on Composer so I will
have to give you the HTML.

Download the <a href="NameOfPDF.pdf" type="application/pdf">PDF</a> for more
information.

For the most part, it is just like creating a link in Composer just like you
would to a HTML file. However, for proper setup of the lin, you should add
the type="application/pdf" as well. This is called MIME type and is
generally not required but recommended. This type will have to be added by
hand coding.
