The problem there is that if you rotate the PDF file, you cannot re-save it
correctly in Acrobat.  What I've ended up doing is to rotate the view, use
the graphic tool to cut/copy the entire page, paste it in a graphics
package (Paint program) and then recreate it as a PDF.    This works, but
you lose a little quality in the process.

If anyone knows a better way to rotate and save the PDF, let me know.
